South West Agility Team (SWAT) was formed in the spring of 2002. SWAT
members train in Lake George, Yarmouth County (NS, CAN) at
the beginner through advanced levels.

Kindergarten - Spring, Fall & Winter Sessions
Register

Training
Levels: SWAT Field
| Pre
Agility: Puppy Kindergarten - for puppies 2-6 months of age.
Socialization, basic obedience and some agility. - Next session, TBA Call
to Register. Held at South Ohio Community Centre. |
| Pre-Performance
- Foundation obedience for beginner dogs. Focus
work, sit, down, stand stays, heel work, recall, etc. |
| Level 1:
Obstacle Awareness - for beginner dog and handler teams to learn
how to properly perform each of the standard agility obstacles. |
| Level
2&3:
Handling 101 - Requirement: Completion of Level 1. Learn how to
communicate course flow and to maneuver through an agility course. |
| Special
Events; Distance
Workshop, Games Seminar - Requirement: Completion of Level 2. Learn how to increase working
distance and train directional commands; Learn the strategy behind each of
the AAC agility games. |
